In the first four months of 2011, checkouts in the Ohio eBook Project were already over half of what they were in 2010 (125,000 on May 1 this year; 209,999 in 2010). The Ohio eBook Project is a collection of eBooks and downloadable audiobooks shared by 60 Ohio libraries, with more than 12,700 titles.
The voters of Cuyahoga Falls and Silver Lake have passed Issue 16, with 3,290 votes (52.92%) in favor and 2,927 votes (47.08%) against.
