In addition to searching the databases individually, you can use the Ohio Web Library to search all the statewide information databases using a single interface. Note: This does not search the databases which are provided by Cuyahoga Falls Library.

Academic Search Premier
Provides full text for more than 3,460 scholarly publications covering academic areas of study including social sciences, humanities, education, computer sciences, engineering, language and linguistics, arts & literature, medical sciences, and ethnic studies from EBSCOhost.

Communication & Mass Media Complete
Communication and Mass Media Complete (CMMC) from EBSCOhost offers indexing, abstracts, and select full-text search results from major journals in the field of communication. Combining indexing from CommSearch with the Mass Media Articles Index, the CMMC is the perfect tool for finding academic research on communication, communication theory, mass media, and related areas of study.

ERIC
ERIC®, the Educational Resource Information Center, is a national information system supported by the U.S. Department of Education, the National Library of Education, and the Office of Educational Research and Improvement provided by EBSCOhost. It provides access to information from journals included in the Current Index of Journals in Education and Resources in Education Index. ERIC provides full text of more than 2,200 digests along with references for additional information and citations and abstracts from over 1000 educational and education-related journals. ERIC is now a full text database.

Humanities International Index
This comprehensive database from EBSCOhost covers journals, books and other important reference sources in the humanities from around the world with focus on literary, scholarly and creative thought. Indexing and abstracting for over 1,700 journals is available containing more than 1.5 million records. Backfile dates to 1925.

Professional Development Collection
The Professional Development Collection provides a highly specialized collection of electronic information especially for professional educators. This collection offers information on everything from children’s health and development to pedagogical theory and practice. The Professional Development Collection includes abstract and index coverage for over 595 well-known professional development titles, and searchable full text for 516 journals covering the most current topics in the field of education.

Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection
The Psychology & Behavioral Sciences Collection from EBSCOhost is a comprehensive database with more than 510 full text titles covering topics such as emotional and behavioral characteristics, psychiatry & psychology, mental processes, anthropology, and observational and experimental methods.

Religion and Philosophy Collection
The Religion & Philosophy Collection from EBSCOhost is a comprehensive database covering such topics as world religions, major denominations, biblical studies, religious history, epistemology, political philosophy, philosophy of language, moral philosophy and the history of philosophy. With 290 full text journals and unparalleled coverage of the subject areas, the Religion & Philosophy Collection is a great tool for researchers and students of theology and philosophical studies.

Sociological Collection
The Sociological Collection from EBSCOhost is a comprehensive database with nearly 615 full text titles. This database provides information on all areas of sociology, including social behavior, human tendencies, interaction, relationships, community development, culture and social structure.
